Our breakfast!
Many visitors say that our breakfast is a real highlight and maybe they’re right. We bake our own bread rolls (fancy some some of our Hermann bread? ;-)), make our own jams and source our products from regional partners. Most of the ingredients are organic and you won’t find a single small package in our shop.
As we use high-quality products, we don’t like to throw them away. Instead of a large buffet, you get a platter of cold cuts and if you want more, we’ll give you seconds. We serve waffles on Sundays and freshly prepared fruit salad every day! You can cook your own scrambled or fried eggs at our egg station. Delicious!
